Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days
- Tracked Delivery — 2–3 business days
- Next Day Delivery — order by 12pm for next business day delivery (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and chosen delivery method. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £25
Order Tracking Where a tracked service is selected, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Fragile & Temperature-Sensitive Items Our wax melts and fragrance products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. During warmer months, please be aware that wax products may soften in transit — this does not affect their quality or performance.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at markwhittaker38@yahoo.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable Packages If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
