What are wax melts and how do I use them?
Wax melts are scented pieces of wax that you place in a wax warmer or oil burner. Simply break off a piece, pop it in the dish of your warmer, and let the heat gently release the fragrance. Never leave a burning warmer unattended.
What wax do you use in your wax melts?
Our wax melts are made from a premium blend of rapeseed and coconut wax — a natural, cleaner-burning alternative to paraffin wax.
Are your fragrances cruelty-free?
Yes! Every fragrance we use is cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Our wax melts use a plant-based rapeseed and coconut wax blend. All fragrances are cruelty-free. If you have specific vegan queries about any product, please get in touch.
How long do your wax melts last?
This varies depending on your warmer and how much wax you use, but typically each clamshell provides many hours of fragrance. When the scent fades, simply replace with a fresh piece.
Are your products safe to use around pets?
We recommend caution when using any scented products around pets, particularly cats and birds who can be sensitive to strong fragrances. Always ensure the room is well ventilated and your pet can leave the room if they choose. If in doubt, consult your vet.
Are your products safe to use around children?
Keep all wax melts and warmers out of reach of children. Never leave a lit burner unattended.

We currently deliver across the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.

What is your returns policy?
If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to put things right.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at contact@haliwaxmeltsandscents.co.uk with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
