It all started as a hobby…
What began as making wax melts for my own home quickly turned into something much bigger! Family and friends loved them so much that word spread, and before I knew it, Haliwax Melts and Scents was born. Since then, I've thrown myself into researching and creating, and the majority of what you see in the shop is handmade by me. I've also carefully selected a few additional products to complement the range — all chosen with the same love and attention to quality. The Haliwax Story
It all started in 2022 in Halifax, West Yorkshire — a few handmade wax melts for home, shared with family, then neighbours, then friends of friends. The response was overwhelming, and Haliwax Melts & Scents was born.
Since then, it's been a journey of learning, experimenting, and falling deeper in love with the world of fragrance. Every product you find here is handcrafted right here in Halifax. Our signature wax melts are made using a premium blend of rapeseed and coconut wax, and every other product — from room sprays to cleaning ranges and bath items — is carefully crafted using the finest premium ingredients.
We're proud that every fragrance we use is cruelty-free and never tested on animals. Because luxury home fragrance should feel good in every sense.
